Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Dear Little You mobile application ("the App"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

The service

Dear Little You lets you privately write letters, milestones, quotes, and voice notes for your children, stored to your account and intended to be shared with them one day. Your content is private to you unless you choose to share it.

Subscriptions, free trial, and billing

• Premium features (unlimited children, voice notes, photos, AI writing prompts, the Reflect tab, and keepsake export) are offered through an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or annually.
• If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and the subscription price is charged.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region; we may change prices with notice for future periods.

Your content

You own the content you create. You are responsible for it and for keeping your account secure. If your subscription lapses, you keep read access to content you already created; creating new premium content requires an active subscription.

Acceptable use

Do not use the App for unlawful purposes or to upload content you do not have the right to store. We may suspend access for violations.

Disclaimers and liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, edsdev is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Maintain your own backups of anything important to you.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
